NMS Teacher Appreciation - MARCH 18TH - 22ND

While once a year is hardly enough to show our teachers appreciation for all that they do, at NMS we devote a week to showering our teachers with thanks. Teacher Appreciation Week is March 18th-22nd this year and the theme is Our Teachers are Out of this World!

Here’s just a taste of some of the wonderful treats we provide for our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week.

Monday: Flower bouquets made up of a flower from each of their students. We ask that parents send in one flower with their child that we will collect, arrange, and deliver to the classrooms.

Tuesday: Breakfast provided

Wednesday: A coffee truck with drinks and pastries

Thursday: Treats donated by parent volunteers

Friday: Everyone’s favorite, the pizza truck!

Your class parents will also reach out to you to arrange for baskets filled with your teachers’ favorite items. And your child will have the opportunity to decorate a planet, rocket ship, or other “out of this world” item to be part of a beautiful bulletin board display.
