NMS YEARBOOK ORDERS ARE OPEN! 

Orders for the 2024-2025 yearbook are now open! The yearbook is a wonderful memory for your children to look back on. It will include class pictures, candid photos, and include events that happened throughout the year!

Early bird pricing for the yearbook is $30, which ends on 1/31/25. Regular pricing for the yearbook is $35 from 2/1/25 through the ordering deadline of 5/4/25 (11:59 pm).

To order a yearbook:

1. Go to the Coffee Pond yearbook page and enter the school password: GOHAWKS (note: all caps). Check the selection "Order Online,'' and click “Continue”
2. Fill in your child’s first name, last name, grade, homeroom, and number of yearbooks for that child. Please note, we would prefer you to order under each student’s name if ordering for more than one student. The yearbooks will be distributed in the classroom at the end of the school year to each child.
3. Enter and confirm your email address, and select “Add to Cart”
4. Click “Order Another Yearbook from This School” to order for another child and then repeat steps #2 and #3 for the next child. Repeat for additional children until you are ready to check out.
5. Click “Checkout” to enter your payment information. Be sure to click the “Continue Checkout” and “Submit Order” buttons to complete the transaction.

To check if you have ordered a yearbook already: Go to the Coffee Pond yearbook page. Under the second section, “Forgot if you ordered?” enter your email to see if you have an order on file for this year. Please check multiple email addresses if you are not sure which email address you may have ordered from. Please also note that you may have a receipt from Coffee Pond for school photos, but not necessarily for yearbooks unless you have completed the yearbook ordering process as detailed in the previous steps.
