Get set for two fun filled days when the grounds of North Mianus School magically transform into an amazing family fair filled with rides, games, food, music, raffle, and other entertainment! It is the LARGEST fundraising effort of the year at NMS, with all of the proceeds benefiting our PTA and its curriculum enrichment programs for our children.

As a community tradition, the success of the Pow Wow depends upon the volunteer efforts from our NMS Families. Please sign up for a shift (or several!) and help support our school’s largest fundraiser.

- Online pre-sale runs from March 18 through April 22, 2026. A pre-sale sheet of tickets is $25 (regularly $30). Each sheet includes 22 tickets. Most rides require 2–4 tickets per person.
- Pre-ordered ticket sheets can be picked up outside the NMS gym doors: Monday, April 27 –Thursday, April 30, 8:30–9:00pm and 3:15–3:45pm. Pre-sale ride ticket sheets will also be available for in-person purchase for $25 per sheet.
- Tickets must be picked up by a parent or caregiver (no student pickup). Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
- If you can't make it to school the week of April 27th, please stop by the Volunteer Tent at the Pow Wow at 4 PM on Friday May 1st to pick up your order.

We’re so excited to kick off this year’s Pow Wow Bake Sale — a favorite tradition made special by the amazing treats our NMS families create!
Cookies, brownies, bars, cupcakes, Rice Krispie treats, and international specialties always disappear quickly, and we’d love your help keeping the table full. Homemade goodies are wonderful, and packaged candy is welcome too.
Donations can be dropped off at the bake sale tent on the day of the event, or you can arrange a pickup by emailing Kate Fix.

The Pow Wow carnival is a celebration of our school community, filled with exciting rides, fun games and delicious food. It is also North Mianus School’s biggest fundraising effort, with all of the proceeds benefitting the North Mianus PTA and its programs for our children. By getting involved, you're not only supporting a good cause but also creating lasting memories. Together, we can make this year's event the best one yet.
