International Night: Friday, February 28th @ 5-7pm
Join the fun and celebrate International Night at NMS! Sign up HERE to march in the flag parade, host a table, provide food, perform, share a craft, or anything else that celebrates your culture. We are looking forward to this wonderful celebration of our community. We need volunteers to make it happen, so don't be shy and grab a friend and sign up together! As a reminder, families are welcome at International Night. This is NOT a drop-off event.

The Disruptors: Film Screening and Panel Discussion
The North Mianus PTA and Prep Academy Tutors invites you to a panel discussion and film preview of The Disruptors, an award-winning documentary about children and families living with ADHD featuring Dr. Ned Hallowell, NY Times best selling author and board-certified psychiatrist. Calling All NMS Alumni: Help Us with Content for the Centennial Yearbook!
We are looking for alumni who would like to share NMS memories in the yearbook along with artifacts to share through photos, newspaper articles, student work, and more.

Bridgeport Islanders Game - March 22nd
Come join the NMS community for a Bridgeport Islanders hockey game on Saturday, March 22 at 5pm in support of the NMS choir. It will be a fun night for students and their families. The NMS choir, led by Robin Chenot, will be singing the National Anthem to kick off the game! Ticket info to come!
77th NMS POW WOW

Rain Date: Sunday, May 4th (11AM - 5PM)
Get set for two fun filled days when the grounds of North Mianus School magically transform into an amazing family fair filled with rides, games, food, music, raffle, and other entertainment!
It is the LARGEST fundraising effort of the year at NMS, with all of the proceeds benefiting our PTA and its curriculum enrichment programs for our children.

TIME to collect donations!
We are reaching out to the NMS community to see if anyone is interested in contributing to this year’s Pow Wow Raffle grand prizes. Suggestions include sports tickets, events, electronics, or any higher-value prize. Additionally, if you would like to make a monetary donation, your contribution will be put directly toward a prize and can be made here.
We also love to support our NMS families with businesses and are a 501C3 charity, so any donations that you or your business makes, are tax deductible. If you or someone you know is interested in donating, please email Tiana Dedvukaj.
Volunteer with the NMS PTA THis Year! We need YOU!!
The NMS PTA is looking to fill several volunteer roles for this year! This is a great way to meet people and support our school and community. Please get in touch with VPs of Administration Kate Fix or Tiana Dedvukaj if you are interested in finding out about open positions.
Looking for an easy way to get involved? The North Mianus School Media Center is looking for volunteers to help restack books for about 20-30 minutes. Feel free to sign up for one or more sessions.
