Concert Day Rehearsal Schedule 12/16

7:10 a.m. - Advanced Band 

7:45 a.m. - Advanced Orchestra - unpack and tune in the cafeteria

8:45 a.m. - Chorus- all members must report to their music classrooms FIRST to unpack and say good morning to their homeroom teacher. If they are buying lunch, they should inform their teacher of their lunch order and can come down to the music room between 8:30-8:40. If it is after 8:40, they can report to the gym.

Concert Attire

Morning Performance - Chorus students will wear their chorus uniform.  (Chorus shirt and khakis)

Evening Performance - All students will dress to impress.  All dresses and skirts must be knee-length or below.

Evening Concert Arrival

Students - Arrive at 6:30 p.m. using the gym door. Band students report to the media center, Orchestra students report to the cafeteria, and students only in Chorus report to the music room. Students who are in band and chorus or orchestra and chorus will report to the music room at 6:45 for a quick vocal warm-up. 

Parents - The back entrance doors (across the hall from the gym) will open for parents at 6:40 p.m.
